„The photo of the property was misleading. It was surrounded by trees which was ok. The people in the other side of the property parked right outside our only window. The shower could have been cleaner. Not a huge amount of utensils. But the hot tub was fabulous though no massage as advertised, which i was looking forward to. Owners were very nice.“

„The property is cosy and, although near the A2, it's located in a peaceful area. There is a septic tank that we weren't aware of prior to arrival but as long as you are careful with what goes down the drain this isn't an issue. There are plenty of walks on the doorstep and the clear sky at night is to be enjoyed. The road entrance can easily be missed so slow down early. Overall we had a pleasant stay but I'd say it's a bit expensive for what it is.“

Unsere Tochter hat sich im Kinderzimmer sehr wohlgefühlt und auch wir Erwachsenen fanden es sehr schön. Einzig das Bett hätte für uns etwas härter sein können, aber das war auch schon alles. „The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s even more amazing in person! It’s so spacious inside and the garden is lovely and big. The bedrooms were lovely and clean with fresh bedding. The bathroom has a lovely shower and separate bath with a good flow and temperature. The hand soap was quite low and when you pressed down it squirted quite far so be careful! Lighting was very cosy in the cottage but in the living room it’s not bright enough to read. Overall, we all had a lovely ...

„Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schön eingerichtet. Ideale Lage direkt am Stadtzentrum. Die Kathedrale ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Duschen ist eher ein Abendteuer, aber möglich (eng, kaum Wasser wenn sonst noch irgendwo Wasser entnommen wird, Temperaturschwankungen). Man kann bei den aktuellen Preisen viel Geld sparen, wenn man nicht gegenüber wie empfohlen, sondern Station Road West Multi Storey Car Park parkt (Oberdeck).“

„Stayed for my wifes birthday with 2 other families. Loads of space for 3 families with younger kids and teens to all hang out without being on top of each other. Only 15min drive to Whitstable. Sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and we brought two blow up mattresses for the young ones rather than utilising the sofa bed in the communal spaces. Hot tub was fun for everyone, and great big garden for the kids to run around in. Would recommend.“

„Excellent. Hosts Carys and Tim were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help you. Breakfast box was amazing. The Roost was extremely well equipped with everything needed. Good to leave the car behind and use the bus - the stop was just a short walk away and the service ran very regularly. Thoroughly recommend.“

„We were a family having a weekend get together for a birthday celebration. Stable Lodge was the perfect place for us. The accommodation is rambling and spacious. Well equipped and comfortably furnished. The swimming pool is the jewel in the crown! We wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Louise is a great host and made our stay perfect.“
