„Do not rent this property!!! It is not up to Champions Gate Standards. When we arrived the house smelled like a body was in it. We eventually found old meat in the oven covered in maggots. The place looked like squatters had been living there. The beds were not made. Old food was in the fridge, the pool was dirty. Furniture is old and bad condition. We were no allowed early check in but once we got there had to wait 5 hours for a cleaning crew ( a man his wife and his 5 month old daughter) to ...

„The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.“
