The Andaz comes with a great mix of pool/beach as well as close proximity to a brand new mall, a viewing deck (the view the palm) and a really nice park for some walking in the evening. We spend a week with our 5 y/o and felt right at home. It was perfect as for hanging at the pool and day trips to explore Dubai.

Der teure "Sea View Room" hat (eheblichen Teil-) Blick auf einen großen Parkplatz und die Schnellstraße, die man auch sehr gut hört. Die auf den Fotos dargestellte Sicht hat man so nicht - aus keinem Zimmer. Der abgebildete Pool ist öffentlich, ebenso der Strand.

Preisliche gute Alternative zu teureren Hotels
Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut! Hotel ist in gutem Zustand, der hoteleigene Strand ist etwas zu klein. Liegen sind schon vor Mittag besetzt bzw. belegt. Zustand des Strandes liegt auch bei den Gästen, Handtücher werden einfach liegen gelassen, gebrauchte Windeln etc. bleiben am Strand liegen. Gäste teilweise nicht 5 Sterne würdig!

Verwöhn-Urlaub
Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir vom ganzen Personal verwöhnt. Es waren alle, jederzeit seeehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage auf the Palm fanden wir toll, wir waren per Taxi sehr schnell an einer Metrostation (direkt zu Expo2020, Dubai Mall etc) und bei the Pointe mit toller Aussicht auf das Atlantis und vielen Restaurants. Das FRühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, auch am Abend gab es ein wunderbares Buffet (180 DHS) und Shisha auf der Terrasse. Der Pool im 14. Stock war herrlich ruhig, die Anlage am Strand auch schön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber dafür das Bad ganz toll mit separatem WC. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Good location for shopping and beach. Food was very good, the hotel and pool excellent though a few untidy areas on beach especially after a child's party where tiny balls of polystyrene and glitter paper blew around for days, dissapointed this is allowed from a green point of view. Staff amazing, stayed before at the sister hotel The Dukes but found this one though similar in layout preferable. Some lovely bars and restaurants with amazing food in walking distance on the beach. Highly recommend

The area around the hotel is designed for cars first, pedestrians second. When 6 months of the year it is easy to walk to nearby places, there is no easy priority given to walking or cycling.

Viajamos a muchos hoteles pero este hotel tiene un excelente balance entre precio ubicación y servicio para las personas que piensan viajar a Dubai y quieren estar en la Palmera este lugar es el mejor evitando todo el tráfico que conlleva llegar hasta el fondo de la Palmera además tiene un centro comercial cruzando la calle Que le ofrece muchas opciones . El mejor restaurante asiático lo tiene este hotel se llama asia Asia, restaurante mexicano Coco en la playa ademas los desayunos tienen una variedad entre un buffet asiático Mediterráneo y americano. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente en la habitación que se cayó la cortina cuando llamamos inmediatamente solucionaron el problema el servicio de concierto nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones en restaurantes y atracciones.

The staff at Andaz went above and beyond to make our vacation one to remember. Having restaurants on the property made dining so convenient. Transportation was easy to access. I could not believe how quiet our room was. It felt like we were the only ones at the hotel which made sleeping very easy. We will definitely be back.

Okey hotel
Nice hotel with a medium location. The rooms are okey but the beds are VERY hard. Waterfront rooms are not so waterfront since the hotel is located at an angel. Service was medium. The big pool was not good, since birds are living in it, meaning wash, drink and taking a dump - disgusting ! Breakfast okey.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Their spa is exceptional and the beach is just wow! We will definitely be coming back. Loved it. Staff are very helpful with great customer service, especially Mustafa was very helpful throughout our stay!!

Lovely clean hotel with unique artwork/ calligraphy deco. Very nice helpful staff always greet you with a smile. Made you very welcome throughout the stay. Customer service given was top priority. Ideal location 20-30mins drive to all the main attractions. Private Taxi service available at the door step.
