Leider miserabel. Obwohl wir für 4 Erwachsenen ein Familienzimmer gebucht hatten, hat man uns ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett angeboten. Meine Erwachsene Kinder dürften im Klappbett und auf dem sofa schlafen. Obwohl wir das Frühstücksbuffe im Vorausbezahlt hatten, müssten wir 3 Stunden rum diskutieren bis wir bewiesen haben.

Mietwagen sollte vorhanden sein
Das Hotel wird fast ausschließlich von Geschäftsleuten genutzt. Daher ist es angenehm ruhig. Von der Musikbeschallung am Pool und Frühstücksraum einmal abgesehen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Damit konnte das Hotel nichts anfangen - scheinbar ein Missverständnis zwischen Expedia und dem Hotel. Das führte zu etlichen unangenehmen Diskussionen für uns und schließt einen weiteren Besuch aus! Von dieserm negativen Erlebins abgesehen, hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen.

Praktisches Hotel - weit weg von allem
Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung. Ich brauche allerdings auch nicht den etwas klein geratenen Pool. Leider muß man WLAN im Zimmer extra bezahlen und dabei nutz das "normale" WLAN weder im Zimmer noch in den öffentlichen Bereichen nicht wirklich viel - ist total langsam. Dubai City, Strand etc. ist "weit" weg auch wenn Taxi nicht sehr teuer ist. Aber auf Dauer doch belastend.

nahe an Jebel Ali Industrial are, sehr gutes Business Hotel, sofern der Kunde im Industriegebiet ist, ungeeignet für Ferien da zu weit von der City habe bis jetzt bei 4 Besuchen dort übernachtet Hotel wurde dieses Jahr renoviert

Das Courtyard Hotel in der Nähe vom Jumeirah Beach
Das 4 Sterne Courtyard Hotel in der Nähe der Mall of Emirates, ist ein sehr ruhiges und nettes Hotel. Leider liegt es etwas ausserhalb ( ca 40 min. vomm Flughafen ).... Es gibt einen Shuttle Bus der 3 mal täglich zur Mall of Emirates fährt... Ein leckeres frühstücks und mittags Buffet.... Wir waren jedenfalls begeistert---

Hotel i warn down and rooms general in poor condition in need of an upgrade. Hot water missing a couple of time. Towels not supplied to match number of people in the room. Safe not working and not attended to even after more observation to the front desk.

The air conditioning worked poorly. So I slept uncomfortably. I informed management that evening but it did not improve. If it’s too warm I can’t get a good night sleep. I will not return to your hotel for that reason.

A great Hotel overall
So, The Gym cardio Life Fitness equipment is outdated - 3 treadmills only, The one I was using I experienced touchscreen problems, 1 was "out of order" and another a guy came in to use the other one and the noise from the belt just unbelievable. Not sure about the bikes. Housekeeping and maintenance to rooms very slow.

The hotel building and amenities is so beautiful. The TVs are old, small screen, bad colors and bad resolution. The safe box was closed and the passcode is unknown and the service didn’t fix it in spite of the everyday’s notifications I made along my four nights stay at the hotel.

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel and i cant fault it all.Receptionist Deki and the others were very friendly. The Concierge guy Athman always smiling and friendly, the new idea of having a shuttle bus to Marina came very handy however its a bitt to early. Would be better if it started around mid day and return at7pm otherwise everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel location with very poor management
Although the staff is very friendly, the lack competency with regards to overall with customer service. Housekeeping staff should be trained to do a better job. Toilets where nit clean, fridge contained spoiled food from previous guest. Trash and used plates and cutlery of the guests were was left in the hallway although housekeeping staff had seen it and simply ignored it.

VERY GOOD
The hotel is very good and i cant fault it.The location is abit far from metro but the Concierge guy Athman and the reception guy Alain very both professional and smiling all the time, they actually made me extend my stay from 2 days to 6 days.
