Overnight stay
Overall stay very good, check in very efficient and friendly. One downside was only 1 bath towel in room rest all hand towels unfortunately this wasn’t noticeable until I come out of the shower. Restaurant rather pricey.

Wonderful, clean and polite 👏
Brilliant hotel, lovely and clean and brilliant for kids. All staff are polite and actually ask if everything is ok and is there anything we need. Little things like that makes this place great, iv stayed in many 5 star hotels that don’t show care towards their customers which Lego Land Hotel do. 5 stars from me 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed at more than few times in different Lego resorts and always had amazing experience! This time it was different and hotel is definitely overpriced for the very little services that you getting. Lady at check-in made us wait for 1hr before giving us the room key, even the room was ready! Instead of offering us to go sleep after a long flight! Down side is pool is only open until 6pm and it should be open until 10pm because music was playing all night around the pool and made it difficult to sleep. Food quality is super bad at the morning breakfast, almost nothing to feed your kids except ice-cream and yougurt! Check out was even worse, called for the bell boy over 5 times and waited almost 2 hrs! Ended up getting the bags to the elevaror myself only to find out that they were out of service/being tested. So we waisted 2 hrs of our precious vacation time waiting in the room instead of enjoying the water park! Spoke to the Manager Gaurav but did not get anything for our lost time exept sorry...but after i walked away he chases me and offered Lego park entrace for the same day for free. It did not make much difference because the park was only open till 6pm and by the time we finished with check out process close 2p! Should have offered to discount the room or offered an exta night..did not happen! Stayaway...

Great stay for families
We stayed one night and it was amazing for the kids. I think I would go crazy if I stayed longer. The kids played on the indoor playground, parents had drinks, very fun. Staff was great with kids and service. Lots of activities after and before parks function. Dining options limited as food is typical for attractions. We did enjoy some vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant.

People booking with us one night are entitled to single access to any 1 park at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort (choice of LEGOLAND Dubai or LEGOLAND Water Park). Guests staying for 2 nights are entitled to 2-time access to both parks at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort (LEGOLAND Dubai and LEGOLAND Water Park). Guests staying for 3 nights and more get unrestricted access to all parks at Dubai Parks & Resorts (LEGOLAND Dubai, LEGOLAND Water Park, Bollywood Parks and Motiongate Dubai).The complementary tickets are given depending on the amount of people you have booked for. As mentioned to you by our Reservations Team, we do not have any booking with 2 park access if the guest is staying for one night only. On February 27th at 19:18 you also received an email from Expedia, explaining that “Guests staying for 1 night are entitled to single access to any 1 park at LEGOLAND Dubai Resort (choice of LEGOLAND Dubai or LEGOLAND Water Park)". We would have loved to upsell your tickets to a 2 parks one, but checking with the person that did you check-in and check-out, she mentioned there was no complaint nor requests about having this done.We are deeply sorry if you feel you weren’t explained this properly by Reservations and Front Office Supervisors. The staff was helpful. I would recommend to anyone with kids to stay if they are going to Lego land land lots of activities through out the day for the kids.
