An sich ist das Hotel sehr schön aber das Service ist viel zu langsam. Das essen ist sehr gut. Da das Location außerhalb ist, gibt es keine gute Transport Möglichkeiten.

Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft mit Dauerbeschallung. Pool immer im Schatten. Obst aus der Dose bei 5 Sternen ein No Go. Kein Brot oder Weißbrot beim Frühstück. Hotel hat keine 5 Sterne mehr.

I’m großen und ganzen war alles sehr gut, jedoch hatten wir einmal nachdem der Roomboy das Zimmer aufgeräumt hat kein Klopapier wir mussten an der Rezeption anrufen und es sollte uns gebracht wurden, jedoch ist nichts passiert uns wir haben es selbst an der Rezeption abgeholt. Ansonsten war ich echt zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft Dusch- und Pflegemittel wurden Tag täglich aufgefüllt ordentlich . Nur an einem Tag waren extrem viele Leute im Hotel , da eine Reisegruppe mit 3 Bussen da war, welche das Frühstück aufgrund der Menschenmenge nicht ganz so angenehm gestaltet hat.

Gutes Hotel ein wenig ab vom Geschehen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, der kostenfrei in der Garage stehen konnte. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ok. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Auto eine knappe halbe Stunde. Es waren eine Menge asiatische Gäste während unseres Aufenthaltes da, das gibt einen enormen Geräuschpegel beim Frühstück. Uns hat des dennoch gefallen. Mich hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel - alles sehr sauber und ordentlich - sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind sehr schön - hatten ein 2 BR Apartment mit kompletter Küche im 20. Stock. Schöner Pool - auch für Kleinkinder - tolle Shisha Lounge - kein Alkoholausschank im Hotel. Qualität vom Essen auch Top - Frühstück auch sehr vielseitig. i have chosen this hotel twice and have enjoyed my stay both times here as the employees are always highly motivated and super friendly. the rooms are spacious and kept very clean. the food at the fusion restaurant is delicious. the employees always make sure you are satisfied. the breakfast is also a good start for the day. even the room service was great. although the hotel is a little bit outside the center i would still decide to book it again, as the prices are ok and they provide shuttles for example 15 mins ride to JBR beach. can't wait to go there soon again!

Habe 1 Woche in dem Hotel verbracht und bin sehr begeistert, ist zwar etwas weiter entfehrnt aber es gibt Shuttle's die im Preis inbegriffen sind. Essen , Service und Zimmer sehr gut. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Werde das Hotel auf jeden fall weiter Empfehlen.

First and foremost I had an amazing stay and the staff was fantastic. If this were a 4star hotel, I would review it with five stars. However, it's a five star hotel and thus im going to hold it to higher standards. Pros: The rooms were spotless and tidy. AC was above and beyond standard. Standard mini grocery store in hotel. Cold swimming pool. Timely room service. Good hotel gym and sauna. Modern furnishings. Huge room. Cons: -The bathtub and shower were small and felt cheap. Furthermore the sealant on the nozzle had completely failed and it was loose. -No fan in bathroom. -The jacuzzi was a little above room temperature every day I checked. -The kitchen was poorly stocked with equipment, had to go buy a mixing bowl for scambling eggs and only 3 plates were provided with no way to clean them. -Not enough towels provided and no face towels available. -Same few movies played repeat, after a week it got really old. -pool closed at 7pm -Universal outlet adapter provided did not fit a standard U.S. Laptop plug.
