„Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“

„Die Unterkunft ist zentral und das Zimmer schön mit genügend Platz, einer Küche und Waschmaschinen und Tumbler. Etwas staubig und die Handtücher zum Teil nicht gut gewaschen. Ausserdem gibt es keinen Zimmerservice, was man von einem 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten dürfte (wir haben es bei der Buchung übersehen).“

My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location! „I honestly cannot say enough about my stay at this property. The condo itself was very nice and clean and the property owner was very attentive and communicated everything well. Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I already cannot wait to come back!“

„This view is priceless. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The vaulted ceiling make it feel 10x times bigger as well as very up to date with style. Cutest place and could not beat the view for anything. Parking spot is really close to stairway directly to room. Pool was great and having an ocean view from it was amazing. Hosts were so quick to respond and help with absolutely anything. Wish we had more nights at this place will be returning!“

„Not the best weather but had a good time“

„Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!“

„Great place to stay! In the center of Kona, close to shops and restaurants. Farmers market near by. The condo was clean, nice view from the lanai. The only thing we had was there is no air conditioning as advertised! However the rooms have ceiling fans and with the widows open it was ok. Not sure how it would be when it gets hotter. “

„Great rental, very well stocked. Not directly in front of the beach, but on this island there really aren't many beaches. We could still sleep to the sound of the pacific ocean 24/7 and the sounds of nature were everywhere! We had a momentary issue opening the lockbox, but we contacted the mgmt team and they responded immediately and were able to resolve our issue. I highly recommend this property. “

„This is exactly the type of property I would look for if I was to purchase a vacation home in Kona. The location was excellent near shops and restaurants. I liked the size of the complex in general. It was on the smaller side and fairly quiet. It is not brand new, but well maintained, nicely landscaped and clean. It is right on the ocean with a little man-made beach.
