„This is a spacious and clean apartment and the owner; Mar; is very helpful and communicates well. There is a wonderful small store at the bottom of the complex. This is the Puerto Chico area of Santander with lots to see, do and eat. Sardinero is close by and there are many buses to take you there and back. We recommend Mar's flat.“

Pero estuvimos agusto y hago el comentario con la idea de mejorarlo pero repito que la estancia ha sido muy agradable por la tranquilidad y cercanía de la playa.“

„We stayed here for one week in July and left truely relaxed. The object is very well equipped and offers enough space to be on your own as well as to communicate with others in the communal space (if you like). The help we got from Annie (and the fresh water from the source!) was especially good!“

„The apartment is nice and clean, the area is ok. The main problem is that is in basement floor and completely surrounded by buildings or constructions that create an uncomfortable situation due to the humidity created.“

„Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel ...

„We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!“
