"We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay."

"Die Anlage ist eindrucksvoll und durch den Shuttlebus erreicht man schnell alle Einrichtungen. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste an der Riviera Maya, aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, aber ein paar Kakerlaken haben unseren Weg gekreuzt. Tolle Animation, gute Cocktails. "

"We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after that day even trying to offer us something special for her. We were supposed to have VIP access but excepted the upgraded room, I did not really experience the vip access. Thanks to the entertainment team, especially coach Yzrael, Abraham, Christ and Leo. The girls at the kids club were always nice to our kids (Monti and Crissel). Special thanks to Pedro at the reception and Adnan and Joel at the lobby entrance. The breakfast was very good and the rest of the food was ok. "

"Aus baulichen Gründen gibt es keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und ist sehr einfach und zuverlässig individuell einstellbar. Ansonsten: In jeder Beziehung hervorragend. "

"Grosses Hotel mit sehr vielen Gästen. Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht !!! Liegen werden schon früh Morgens mit Badetücher ,Sandalen, Brillen und Caps Reserviert - Besetzt !! Geht gar nicht!! Wir hatten somit keine Liegen !!! Abendunterhaltung ganz schwach !! Getränkeauswahl ( Bier ) = Billig und nicht gut !!! Zu teuer für das was geboten wird !! 4* Hotel !! Wir waren noch in Akumal in einem 5* Hotel und das war Klasse / Top , für den gleichen Preis!! Sorry, da muss mehr kommen fürs Geld!! "
