„Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.“

„Service is hit and miss, the grounds, the community house with the library and sitting room are beautiful, the rooms could be nice as well, but the carpet in our bedroom was so dirty, it was disgusting. „Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise vom Inhaber Brendan sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus ist von 1901, ist frisch renoviert und wird von Brendan und seinem Mann immer noch weiter renoviert. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns in unserem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt, da es sehr gemütlich war. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist auch die tolle Dusche mit Regendusche und Handbrause. Gegenüber des Hauses liegt ein größerer Parkplatz, wo wir kostenlos parken konnten. Die Umgebung ...

„We loved that this designated historic property is in a historic district - barely half a block from NYState's first senate house! - and maintains a historic "feel" while offering contemporary amenities. Loved the suite style accomodations. The friendly but unobtrusive hosts were always available to help or explain things and told us where to find dining nearby - within easy walking distance, and interesting facts about the town's development. “

„Absolutely loved this place. I typically go for a more modern spot yet the reviews and pictures were so compelling. Amazing location right in town. Quiet. So clean. Well kept. Everything you need from water jugs to big towels to wine glasses. Super comfortable bed and cozy sheets. Can’t wait to come back! “

„Honestly blown away. Family stayed at Greek Peek for a gathering. I stayed here and wish we just rented the whole barn. It's one of the most picturesque, perfectly appointed place I've ever stayed. The worst part of my stay was dealing with Greek Peek staff and only one family member getting to see the AWESOMENESS that is The Yellow Barn. „Jeder bekommt im Vorfeld seinen eigenen Code für Haus- und Zimmertür zugeschickt. Parken ist hinter dem Gebäude für vier Fahrzeuge möglich, ansonsten an der Straße. Alles war sauber und bequem. Das Frühstück bestand aus frischen Rührei, Cereals, Brot, Joghurt und frischen Früchten!“

„I loved my stay here! It's a lovely small guest house with a laid back (but highly professional) style. The heated pool is lovely. It's quiet - no piped music; lots of options for breakfast (which is provided); and then an in-room fridge for your own drinks and small snacks. 1 minute from the Ferry, and 1 minute to the Ocean. It's an old school delight.“

„Zugegeben, der Stil ist nicht Jedermanns Sache, dennoch ist alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Pool, Tennisplatz, Kinderspielplatz und Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit. Für ganz Hellhörige, hinter dem Grundstück verläuft eine Bahntrasse einer Vorort-Bahn, die allerdings nur bis kurz nach 23h fährt und nicht wirklich stört. Insgesamt eher eine der teureren Unterkünfte, für die Hamptons preislich aber völlig in Ordnung.“
