„Due to a new law in New York State we had to change our booking. It was absolutely worth it. Isaiah was very helpful from start to finish. From answering questions to helping us when we needed him. Communication is the key to everything. We asked for extra towels in advance and were provided. Piece of cake. The condo is large and was clean. The beds are comfortable. Everything is there. Newark Penn Station is not far away and there are shopping possibilities only couple minutes ...

„The first night I stayed, the bathtub was already clogging up. There was a lot of dust in plain sight. The time for checkout was 11am but we got a message from the owner at 9am saying the password would expire at 10am, when clearly in the booking check out was 11am. All this was very inconvenient. “

„The house was pretty ill-equipped. The air mattress being the biggest problem. It deflated after the first night and was too flat for 2 people so one of us had to sleep on the couch. We were not aware of the bed situation until after booking and were desperate for a place. Bare minimum blankets and pillows. While amenities aren’t required, they are pretty standard and this place was lacking; Coffee machine would have been nice. Location was sketchy but not the owners fault, just an fyi.“
