Wir hatten 2 Bungalows gebucht wurden beim check in informiert das die Bungalows ausgebucht sind und wir ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude bekommen und am nächsten Tag umziehen können. Das Zimmer war laut, am 2. Stock und kleiner. Am nächsten Tag sind wir dann in die Bungalows gezogen, beide nicht gereinigt, Terrasse fürchterlich verschmutzt, wurde auch am nächsten Tag nicht gereinigt. Das Licht war defekt, der Tresor hat nicht funktioniert. Dem Personal war es egal. Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel es wird aber leider immer schlechter. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen

Hotel liegt fußläufig zu einigen Bars und Restaurants. Mit dem Bathbus kann man gut Restaurants, Shops, Malls und die Walkingstreet erreichen. Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei.

Unterkunft war ok, nur schade , was unbedingt verbessert werden müsste, sind die fehlenden Sonnenschirme. Im ganzen Poolbereich stand nur ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung was viele Gäste leider dazu bewegte Nachmittags den Poolbereich zu verlassen .

Man kann über vieles Meckern muss man aber nicht. Das Green Park ist gut. Preis/Leistung ok. Frühstück sehr gut und die Angestellten auch. Nach 2 Jahren Woodland bin ich wieder zurück im Green Park. Das sagt doch alles.

Das Resort war ansonsten sehr gut, ich habe nur ein Mango festgestellt, für die Anzahl an Gäste sind zu wenig Liegen vorhanden un die waren um 7 Uhr früh schon mit Handtüchern belegt und as muss das Hotel künftig unterbieten.

Gerade noch so OK
Ich verbrachte dort 4 Nächte. Leider bekam ich in dem hintersten Gebäude ein Zimmer, nur mit Blick auf Bäume und Dickicht (ich war kein Quarantäne-Tourist) Nach 2 Übernachtungen fragte ich nach einem anderen Zimmer in einem der vorderen Gebäude. Das wurde jedoch abgelehnt, warum konnte ich nicht nachvollziehen. Hotel war zu höchsten 15% belegt. TV-Empfang war sowas von schlecht, Inneneinrichtung alt, Lampen noch älter. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut, die Poolanlage auch, allerdings gibt es keine Sonnenschirme. Ich kann dieses Hotel bedingt weiterempfehlen, jedoch nur in den Gebäuden, die nahe an der Rezeption liegen!

Ich komme schon öfters und mich kann nichts überraschen. Im Dezember gab es an der Poolbar Bier 1+1 gratis, im Februar 2+1 gratis. Auch um die Liegen und Beistelltischerln kümmert sich niemand. Man muß aufpassen das man nicht auf rostigen Nagel ankommt. Die Baustellen haben sich beruhigt umseits, dafür gibt es auf der Nakluar, Hotelnähe, eine neue riesige Baustelle.

Seit 2 Jahren gibt es neben dem Hotel eine Großbaustelle,seit diesen Jahr eine zweite direkt vor dem Hotel,Baulärm von morgens 7 Uhr bis 17 Uhr 7 Tage die Woche!Wasserversorgung in der Poolbar ist abgestellt,Gläser werden mit Poolwasser gewaschen!Einrichtung veraltet und defekt!Tsg und vor allen Nachts Ratten im Eingangs-und Poolbereich!

2 Baustellen erste vor dem Hotel,die zweite hinter den Bungalows,Baulärm den ganzen Tag,in den In nächsten Monaten NICHT zu empfehlen!!!Ratten haben sich in die grüne Oase gerettet,laufen nicht nur Nachts durch das Gelände.Die Poolbar wäscht Gläser mit Wasser aus dem Pool.Wasserversorgung ist abgestellt.Wasserhähne abgebaut!Reiseunternehmen wie Neckermann ,Mayers oder Hotels.com,sollten da vielleicht doch einmal nach sehen!

Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, da wurde immer gute Arbeit geleistet. Auch das Pool war großteils in Ordnung. Neue Auflagen auf den teils alten Ligen sah ich auch positiv. Sehr alt und bei Wind sehr gefährlich sind die Sonnenschirme. 2 riesige Baustellen die am Hotel nebenan und gegenüber sind verursachen jeden Tag von früh bis abends Lärm und Schmutz. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider großteils kalt und auch sehr einseitig. 23x und kein Fisch !!!!

Trotz Bemühungen (zum Teil recht unprofessionell) ist nicht zu verkennen, dass die guten Zeiten der Anlage lange vorbei sind. Zur Zeit wird in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein Riesenhotelkomplex hochgezogen, was mit permanenter Geräuschkulisse einhergeht. Der von mir bewohnte Bungalow war von der Terrasse nur etwa 10m von einer etwa 25m hohen blauen Plastikplane entfernt, was zu einem tollen Ausblick führte. Zumindest derzeit nicht besonders zu empfehlen.

Nettes resort in Na Klua.
Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.. Anlage und Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber groß und doch gemütlich. In meinem zimmer hat sich ein etwas modriger Geruch breit gemacht. Ursache konnte ich nicht feststellen. Schimmel war keiner zu finden.. Zimmerservice bis zum frühen Abend ist kein Problem.. Bedingt durch eine Baustelle in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist Lage nicht ganz so ruhig wie sonst.. Zimmer bietet alles was man von einem hotel dieser Klasse erwartet.. Preis Leistung ist allerdings schon grenzwertig..

Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhiges, erholsames, gepflegtes Hotel. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich wie hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und kann sich in dieser Hotelanlage sehr gut erholen. Es ist ein absoluter Genuss, eine Hotelanlage zu haben, die Wert auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legt und nicht bis in die 45. Etage oder noch höher reicht. Schön wäre es, wenn die Pool liegen öfter mal abgewischt werden. Was absolut verbesserungswürdig und nervig ist, ist das Internet. Man muss sich immer wieder und wieder und wieder und wieder und wieder einloggen. Wesentlich besser wäre es, wenn alle Server das gleiche Passwort hätten und es eine Speicherfunktionmgäbe. Ich musste mit ansehen wie die armen Bediensteten manuel die Passwörter an die Hüllen für die Key-Cards tackern mussten. Hinzukommt, dass es immer wieder verschiedene Passwörter sind, das macht einen Haufen Arbeit und kostet das Hotel leider unsinniges Geld. Das ist wirklich verbesserungsbedürftig, im Sinne des Hotels und auch für die Gäste, notfalls alle 2 oder 4 Wochen das Passwort ändern.

Sehr schöne Schwimingpool anlage postiv Safe im Zimmer und ein Liter Wasser Am Tag kostenlos Bad morgens kaltes Wasser und die Silikon Dichtungen gehören erneuert sind schon schwarz.Die Betten gehen könnten aber Komfortabler sein, Das personal spricht wenig englisch schwierig für Problemlösungenen

Hotel Anlage ok, CheckInn und CheckOut schlecht
Das Hotel war okay! Die Poolanlage war Super. Doch das Reinigungspersonal ist typisch Thai. Hatten wir doch ca. 3kg Schokolade im Zimmer-Kühlschrabk vergessen und beim auschecken mussten die das Zimmer kontrollieren. Die haben uns die konsumierten Getränke im Kühlschrank berechnet! Also musste der Kühlschrank geöffnet werden und dabei haben die 100% sicher auch gesehen dass wir noch Schokolade im Kühlschrank vergessen haben, doch niemand hat uns dies gesagt. Erst als wir es dann 1 Stunde später bemerkt hatten und angerufen haben, haben sie dies bestätigt gefunden zu haben. Da waren wir aber bereits auf dem Flugplatz. Glücklicherweise konnten dann unsere Freunde die Schokolade im Hotel abholen! Dies ist einfach beschämend für so ein Hotel!
