Suite war von Ausstattung her ok. Rohre für Wasser sind korodiert, nach dem Baden ist man voll von Kupfer. Kein Frühstück aufs Zimmer. Staff spricht kaum english. Room Service hat nur Thai Gerichte. Absolute Service Wüste. Zimmer wurde nicht geputz, erst auf Aufforderung dann mal am Abend etwas geputzt. 5 Sterne sicher nein.

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Club Lounge Access. Waren die einzigen Gäste dort. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne Zimmer aber ohne Balkon. Schöner Poolbereich. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet. Sky Bar war noch nicht offen.

Construction in the hotel!
Unfortunately there was an construction in the hotel on the 19th floor and they didn't tell me in advance. Really disappointing!

Traumhotel
Dieses Hotel war ein absoluter Glückstreffer. Neu, erst vor 6 Monaten eröffnet, bietet das Mytt alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Ausstattung und überhaupt die innenarchetonische Gestaltung ist eine Meisterleistung. Der Swimmingpool ist einfach atemberaubend. Das gesamte Personal ist hervorragend geschult , außergewöhnlich höflich, freundlich und immer um das Wohlergehen der Gäste bemüht. Mr Boss hat uns beim Einchecken mit großer Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz über die Vorzüge des Hotels aufgeklärt, so dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Das Frühstück lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, und bietet mit Sicherheit für jeden Geschmack etwas. Sehr genossen haben wir außerdem die Club Lounge im 15. Stock mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht aufs Meer, am Nachmittag den Cappuccino und am Abend den Wein jeweils mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten. Sobald wir wieder nach Pattaya kommen, wird es für uns kein anderes Hotel geben, nur das Mytt.

Thank you Mytt for decorating my room as I wasn't expecting it at all. My birthday falls on this month and without any prompt, they decorated my room (see pics), Imagine my surprise when I walked in! This hotel is located nicely between building within a small road. Rest assured, the road is clean, safe and well lit. Don't expect a view from your room but I can definitely say it's well worth the money to stay here. Why? 1) Room is clean and spacious 2) Elevator is fast no wait 3) Food is delicious 4) Location is nicely located within walking distance to mall, soi6, beach, clubs and several other hotspots 5) Safe as the front door is always manned and looked at Once again, big shoutout and thank you to Mytt team for the surprise.

My room was nice a clean but no look at all from my balcony. It’s just a look at another building. There was a party in the next door room, and I could hear them like they were in my room.. until late hours. Most of the staff doesn’t speak English and it was almost impossible to communicate my dietary needs with them at breakfast. It was embarrassing for me to have to repeat my question to four different people, who couldn’t understand what I am asking and couldn’t help me.
