„I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts.
