„Es war super, dass wir auch noch sehr spät einchecken konnten, weil wir aufgrund von Stau und Verspätungen bei der Fähre erst gegen Mitternacht da waren. Allerdings haben wir nicht alles Informationen erhalten, wie z. B. dass man Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage bekommt. Das Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde umgehend gelöst. Und das Essen war gut. “

„To be honest, the reception was great, the room generally clean and tidy, although the sheet on the double bed didn't fit and only just covered the top of the mattress. We had dinner in the bistro, as we had a dog with us. He was welcome to stay with us, but we could only eat in the bar area. This was fine as on a Friday evening there was hardly anyone in the bar area. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it.“

„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„Never again! When I arrived they had no record of my booking, even though I showed them the booking confirmation. After almost an hour they agreed to give me a room. When we were in the room it was freezing, it was -2 in the room, we tried the heating but it didn’t work. Asked reception to move us but they said they didn’t have any other rooms made up. We left at 6am because we couldn’t stand the cold.“

„Leider standen wir abends vor verschlossener Tür, da uns der Inhaber nach mehrmaliger Kommunikation vergessen hat den Zugangscode zuzusenden. Das Personal begrüßte einen am nächsten Morgen nicht und aufgeklärt über die Frühstückssitiation wurde auch nicht. Das Frühstück an sich fiel auch dürftig aus und alle warmen Speisen wie bspw. Eier oder Speck waren kostenpflichtig (es lag eine Karte am Tresen aus). Schade “
