„Room was clean and towels changed daily. Staff were friendly and some spoke English. Manager also spoke English and was was slicing. Breakfast could of been better more choices but was acceptable and could of been due to slow season. Love the outdoor and pool area. Elmer is a very gracious host, and his family all participates in preparing and serving the meals in the common eating area. „We loved this Inkaterra property! I debated long and hard between this and Reserva Amazonica, in the end I chose this because it's newer and has wifi. The food here is fabulous, especially considering it's location. All the staff went above and beyond with each interaction. The guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is no pressure for tips from any staff. The only "cons" I noted are: our cocktails weren't great, the margaritas were undrinkable (appeared to be a new person in training) ...
