„Pool is not well maintained. Dining options are very limited. Service was super slow. It seems the restaurant is highly understaffed. In room service was was also not available. Overall it was an average experience. Definitely a lot of scope of improvement in room-service and dining facilities for the property. “

„We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable.“

„Swimming pool was not well maintained. Despite calling them the cleaniness was not good. Bed covers were soiled and we had to ask them to get those replaced.“

„The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.“

„Comfortable but straightforward and well-equipped accommodation set amongst lush green foliage presents a great opportunity to chill out and detoxify from the stresses of everyday life. „The Food served was horrible and over priced, the cook knows nothing of cooking, we had ordered for Chicken 65 for snacks, we were served just fried stale chicken.The normal Egg Bhurjee was served with curry leaves, which is really unheard of.I had pointed the same to the Manager Mr Shah. The cooks should be changed urgently.“

„We loved the the double bed room diamond villa with the balcony and view. The food was good and they had variety dishes. Nice place to relax. Only issue we faced was poor WiFi strength.“

„Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst.“
