„A pleasant experience all in all. I just felt a slight smell of damp in my room and carpet was old. Also drain in bath could have done with a scrub. The room was quite small as I didn’t have enough room to open my suitcase without tripping over it. Otherwise, had a comfy bed. Clean toilet. Clean towels and accessories. Nice choice of food at breakfast and also ala cart during the day. “

„昔の貴族の館を改装した雰囲気のあるホテルです。オーナーの女性が出迎えてくれて、てきぱきとチェックインの手続きをしてくれました。部屋の準備が整うまでの待ち時間にウェルカムドリンクのマンゴージュースやお水を用意してくれて、エアコンの効いた快適なロビーで気持ち良く過ごすことができました。部屋のベッドは大きく、エアコン、ファン、冷蔵庫、コーヒー、紅茶セット、何でもそろっています。ペットボトルのお水もたくさんいただけるので大変助かりました。出かけるときにもレセプションで、小さなペットボトルを持たせてくれる気遣いは、ほかのホテルではないサービスでした。滞在中も｢何かリクエストはないですか？足りないものはないですか？｣と声をかけてくれて、オーナーやスタッフ全員が、ゲストを大切に扱ってくれることが伝わってきて、とても嬉しかったです。新市街のにぎやかな大通りからわずか数メートルですが、静かで落ち着ける場所だったので、毎日リラックスして過ごすことができました。“

„The hotel and staff were helpful, the restaurant food was great but what let me down were the Prison rules! If I am coming from abroad and staying at a hotel then I am going to expect family to come and visit me especially if I am disabled with limited mobility. The silly rules that should be abolished are: - no visitors in your rooms - no outside food - no outside drinks - no alcohol even if you have a permit“

„totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing“
