„Hotel ist vielversprechend, jedoch gab es bei uns zu viele Kleinigkeiten, die gestört haben. Zum Beispiel hat es im Zimmer sehr stark nach Abwasser gestunken. Wir haben es dem Hotelpersonal mitgeteilt und es kam nach einigen Stunden jemand vorbei und konnte das Problem beheben. Die WC-Bürste hätte seit einiger Zeit gewechselt werden müssen. Ist keine teure Anschaffung, jedoch sind die Gäste sehr dankbar dafür. WC-Papier hatten wir keine einzige Reserve Rolle, logisch merkt man dies erst wenn ...

„Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. „Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). „Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. “

„Nice appartments with access to large warm swimming pool and spa. Kitchen is well equiped. Whole area is very family friendly. Flaine has limited access by car - you can drive to hotel and unload your stuff (parking for 1 hour only), then you need to re-park your car in public parking space (P2) that is about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. In summer it was for free.“

„Short end of season skiing break. Accomodation ideally located for the slopes as well as the main town / restaurants. Main reception adequate however only open at certain times of the day. Has pool table but lacks bar and could be a better social area. Pool area / gym good (closes at 8pm though) but no idea how busy this gets peak season. Generally had that end of season feel about it. Accomodation clean and relatively spacious but will never understand how the French place the one toilet ...
