„Excellent service. They contacted me as soon as we got settled to make sure all was good with the room and if we needed anything...blankets, towels etc to let them know. When I needed something, they were very kind and speedy with request. Room was very clean and comfortable for most part. Beds were bit soft for me but not hotels fault. „Ich war mit meinem Freund (beide 27 Jahre alt) auf der Durchreise für zwei Tage im Doubletree Hotel in New Bern. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, auffallend freundlich. Keine Wünsche sind offen geblieben. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, schön gelegen direkt am Wasser und nur einige Gehminuten von Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften entfernt. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.“

„The location is beautiful especially with the priveate beach access. Also the main building l9kks nice and well maintained. Our room was in one of the side buildings. There as soon as you leave the room itself it feels a bit dirty and worn down. The doors and walls in the hallway have bumps and scratches. The carpet is torn and has stains. But the worst are the stair cases. The windows are covered with spider webs and dead bugs. All of this could be avoided easily and would lead to a better ...
