„It is definitely the best hotel we could see online on the island but did not realize that it does not have any special window view. While breakfast was okay, I had higher expectations. Overall, I may find similar facilities in one tier lower hotel too. Although being overall good, I don’t think it was the best return for the money. “

„Don’t book this hotel till they finish renovating, good size rooms but as I said still renovating, dirty towel’s asked them to change but no one cares. Mess every where in the hotel, builders walking around in the lobby, not a good site “

„The staff at the reception and Daniel and his team up at the restaurant were very friendly! Just the rooms were clean but there was a small lizard ( chipkali) which made me question their hygiene.“

„Average hotel. The staff try but really are unable to stay on top of customer service. Half the time I was asking for help on some issue or the other. Their response time wasn’t that great. The restaurant again tries hard, but is not well operated. Over all, not recommended“

„Access is very dirty. Went to the sister hotel a bit away near the water for fish lunch. Could not order ahead of time, ordered food upon arrival, waited for about 2hrs, but fish did not arrive, complete waste of time and money! Very poor communication and commitment.“
