"Overall the stay was great, staff was friendly, however there was ocations when we were having dinner and it was not even busy, nobody would come to our table. We literally had to get up and ask fo assistance. Even to ask for our tab. They had no ice. The rooms were outdated, they need a little update. The hotel is in a great location, all staff are extremely helpful, friendly and go out of their way to host their guests. Along with the beautifully decorated halls and comfortable rooms, there is a wonderful restaurant with tables both outside and inside. There is also a nice bar area with a great ambiance. "The staff at this hotel are amazing. Everyone was super helpful and kind. The views from this hotel are amazing. Surprisingly good wifi. Everything else is average at best, unfortunately. It's not a high end hotel but even for a modest hotel, the constant smell of sewage from the bathroom and the sink is kind of unforgivable. It's also got really poor sound isolation so on Saturday night, we were awake in bed, with all the other loud guests who were running and screaming in the halls until 3am....
