„We found this property while looking for a place to stay during our visit to letchworth state park. The location was perfect granting easy access to the park. The property itself was unique, luxurious, and ideal for rest and play. My two boys loved playing with the barn animals. My wife and I enjoyed cooking in the finely appointed chef's kitchen. „This property was perfect for all the different ages and all slept comforts and kitchen accommodated four cooks and grill was immaculate and kayaks were fun and dock was great for fishing and there was wood already in the large camp fire area. „We have stayed in many rental properties-this one is like no other. Great house, comfortable places to sleep and relax, places to work when we needed it, fire pit and the animals was a fantastic added bonus! As if we weren’t already enjoying the farmhouse, Amanda stopped by with farm fresh eggs, flowers, and even a charcuterie board once. Add in that she was easy to access and even stopped to ask if all was well and if we needed anything. This rental and the owners are top notch!“

„We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable.“

„We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.“

We didn't even have time to use the hot tub or outdoor spaces that are thoughtfully set up. There were options for kids, the theater room was super cute, and we comfortably prepared and served dinner for our large family. Our only regret is not finding this excellent value, just 20 minutes from Houghton College, sooner!“
