3 bedrooms have Queen beds, Master bedroom has a King Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed and private bathroom. Plenty of room in basement for a few King or Queen air mattresses if desired. 2 gas fireplaces indoors, 3 fireplaces outdoors.
Custom lang smoker/grill combo outside. Comes with charcoal grill on left side, and smoker on right side that uses real wood (not pellets).
The pool is 3.5’ deep in shallow end, 5.5’ deep in deep end, and is open May 1st through Nov 1st weather permitting.
Entire property, except locked closets and storage areas.
While I won't be able to swing by and say hello my team and I will be available via phone, SMS, or through the platform 24/7. We'll make sure to check in on you but if you need anything don't hesistate to reach out.
Extreme Air Trampoline Park is .5 miles away. Badger Sports Park is 1 mile away. Fox River Mall & Timber Rattlers Stadium is a 10 min drive. Beautiful 5 mile paved bike trail and park around the corner.
It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood
You'll have plenty of space to park your car(s) but in case you're arriving without one, Uber & Lyft are readily available.
For parking, you can fit 2-3 vehicles in the garage and 4-5 in the driveway. Just a heads up, since we're within city limits, parking on the street is STRICTLY prohibited from 2 am - 5 am. Also, please be careful not to block access to our neighbor's houses or the cul-de-sac.
Please note that the pool is closed for the season until May 1, 2025.
Cameras are present at front and rear entrances of home for your safety. They are only looked at if an incident occurs. The cameras are motion activated and record video/sound. There are no cameras inside the home or in the area by the hot tub/bar area.

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival
➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking
➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
➤ We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Advance notice is requested so that we can coordinate with our cleaner’s schedule.
➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few
additional rules:
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy
● No more than TWO (2) animals, no larger than 20 pounds
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
➤ All guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Violations of this condition will result in being asked to leave immediately, and there will be no refund!
➤ For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same person as the credit/debit card holder. This person is considered the Guest. All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding the reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. The Guest understands that we only rent to responsible adults over the age of 25.
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
➤ The property is for the use of vacation purposes. Guests shall not use the property for any illegal or unlawful purposes, nor shall the property be used in such a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.
➤ We are open to small and quiet events such as baby showers, birthday parties, card game nights, etc. on certain days (such as Sunday 2-6, or 2-8). We cannot accommodate bridal parties/bachelor/bachelorette parties. These events would need pre-approval. No underage drinking. Any gatherings entailing the services of strippers or escorts are not permitted - any violations will result in immediate removal from the property, and no refund will be given.
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ Guests are required to notify hosts immediately of any damage to the home, including storm damage, or any serious concerns relating to plumbing or electrical issues
➤ Cancellations : Refunds will not be issued due to acts of nature such as : weather, road conditions, power outages, etc. Travel Insurance does provide some protections against these instances, we highly encourage Guests to purchase Travel Insurance. If the property is uninhabitable due to such events, you can reschedule your visit for a future date within one year of the reservation.
➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card a day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled
➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
➤ Change of Dates Policy : There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed.
➤ Repair & Service Calls : We cannot guarantee against mechanical or electrical failure of air conditioning, fans, lights, televisions, or other equipment. Guest agrees to report any inoperative items promptly, and the host agrees to make every effort to have maintenance done quickly. Should a repair person conclude that the equipment is in working order, or that the failure was due to the actions of the Guest, then the charge for the service call will be billed to the Guest and Guest agrees to pay the charge. No refund or rent reduction will be given due to failure of such equipment.
➤ Right to Enter : If necessary, owner or designated vendors may enter the property to inspect or make any necessary or requested repairs. Every effort will be made to give Guests advance notice of entry, and entry will only occur during reasonable hours - except in the case of emergencies, such as major plumbing issues (such as a flooded room) or any other major issues requiring immediate mitigation.
➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $250 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, and is NOT allowed on daybeds.
➤ Guests and the Guest's invitees shall use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests shall not permit use of the pool or hot tub by unsupervised minors. For your own safety - No diving or doing backflips into the pool.
➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
➤ Washer & Dryer : Please use with care. Please clean lint trap after each dry cycle.
➤ Spills : Please clean up immediately. If spill is on linen or furniture, please wash immediately to avoid stains.
➤ The BBQ grill is for guest use, and we kindly ask that you clean it thoroughly after each use. If the grill requires cleaning by our team, a $50 fee will be charged to your reservation.
➤ Please be respectful of the property and leave it as you found it.
➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. An additional cleaning fee will apply for odor removal needed resulting from smoke or poor hygiene.
➤ Do NOT use the chalkboard markers on anything but the chalkboard! They stain concrete.
➤ Do not flush feminine hygiene products.
➤ Please do not move furniture. There will be a $50 fee if any furniture is out of place and needs to be moved back.
➤ Please don't burn the house down.
➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera
➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
