„They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! “

„Our Room was clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day except of all the glass in the bathroom. I will never understand, why Hotels will install a complete see through bathroom and then let the glass be so dirty, you can't see through it. The Breakfast was good and the staff friendly and fast with cleaning up. Also the Bar and Restaurant are very nice, with really friendly staff, serving good drinks. What bothered us the most, was the Gym. It's so small, that the AC can't handle 3 people ...

„ Honeymoon We had the honor of being the first guests at the hotel and spending our honeymoon there. We were picked up at the airport by the manager and taken to the hotel. I have NEVER seen such a hotel emerge out of nowhere and immediately surpass all the hotels on the island. The attention to detail is stunning. The decor throughout the hotel is exquisite and of very high quality. The room is wonderfully quiet, and every day there was a fresh and clean room with fresh fruits and new drinks. ...

„Very clean and modern facilities, excellent rooms in terms of comfort and amount of space. We did have trouble with our booking, but on arrival the staff was very helpful in sorting it out. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, and the pool out back was great, even in the cooler weather! Would definitely recommend!“

„Die Anlage ist noch recht neu und es waren kaum Gäste da. Wir hatten den Pool und Whirlpool für uns. Der Whirlpool hatte aber eine gelben Schleim und im Pool waren viele Blätter. In der Nähe gibt es keine Restaurants“

„Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, ein Lob an alle Mitarbeiter. ruhige Lage im Randbezirk von Ponta Delgado, mit PKW sind alle Ausflugsziel der Insel schnell zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Gartenbereich.“

„We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. “

"Weitläufige Anlage mit extra viel Charme und wirklich außergewöhnlichem Ambiente, die Bilder im Web werden übertroffen, sehr freundliches Personal, allerdings keine Rezeption - dafür sehr schnellen Kontakt und Austausch via whatsapp. 15min vom Flughafen und Hauptstadt aber im Grünen und ruhig. Zentral gelegen für Ausflugsziele. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Würde sofort wieder dahin gehen!"

"Wir hatten eine Woche lang eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Maria. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung war mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und ist schön ruhig gelegen, am oberen Dorfrand. Der Blick über die Küstenlandschaft und das Meer waren einfach herrlich."
