With a hipster pool, aka a stocktank cowboy pool, you can lounge and swim, hang and relax, or play one of the backyard games and laugh. We promise you’ll love it

The Space:
This new build, newly renovated chic modern rental is large enough to sleep all your closest friends, but its close proximity to downtown Austin means that you’ll probably meet more along the way. A quick five-minute uber will get you downtown or really anywhere in Austin you want to go. It features a cowboy pool, a secluded backyard, and tons of backdrops to take gram-worthy pics. The space is perfect to get your day started off right or wind down at the end of the night. We can't host parties out of respect for the neighbors. If you were hoping for more rooms because you just can’t stomach the thought of leaving anyone out, we can also add the home next door as they are part of a two-home compound. This space can serve as your cult of cool, and the place where you have one of the best weekends of your life. We’ll see you soon!

Other Things to Note:
Swimming Pool:
• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

▪ Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.

▪ Pets are welcome. The pet fee is $50/pet for the whole stay- Max of 2 p2 NO LARGE PETS (Germand Shepherd, Golden Retriever and etc.)
