Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Extremely frustrated with the experience I had attempting to check in at the Artesian. Upon arrival, I realized I had not received an email from Dwelo with access instructions. I contacted support and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes, only to be disconnected. I called again and left a voicemail, but did not receive a return call.
On my third attempt, I finally spoke with a representative who resent the Dwelo email and assisted me in downloading the app. However, after logging in, I was informed I did not have permission to access the door. I logged out and back in, hoping to receive a passcode, but nothing worked. I made another call to support and was again placed on hold for an extended period.
After over an hour of trying to resolve this, with my 8-year-old daughter in tow and needing sleep, I had no choice but to stay with a nearby friend for the night.
Given the inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our plans, I requested a full reimbursement for my stay, along with additional compensation for the time, hassle, and lack of support I experienced. I'm still waiting to hear back on my reimbursement.
