"Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed time at the Caracalla spa. There is convenient access from the hotel, and they stowed my luggage and allowed me to use my robe and towel for the spa even though I'd already checked out. Would highly recommend! "

"Room was nice and big. Clean but noisy due to street outside. The reception phone wouldn't work and they wouldn't pick the phone up in the morning when I rang down from my own phone. Bit annoying, otherwise pretty good. "

Luckily we got a parking slot, but could have been a big hassle and disappointment otherwise after a very long trip. Should be clear upon booking. All in all, nice stay, would book again. "
