On our first night there we took a shower and realized the wash cloths left for us were dirty and stained. When we left the next morning we called down for our vehicle to be brought to the front 5 minutes before heading down as we were instructed to do and when we arrived downstairs we were told it would be a few more minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes I asked that the front desk check on the vehicle. When he returned he told us a story that the vehicle before us had ran out of gas so the valet was trying to get that figured out but they would be right around with our vehicle. When the valet got to us to drop the vehicle off he let us know the front desk had never contacted him to bring the vehicle around. One night when we were attempting to return our vehicle to valet the parking out front where we were supposed to leave our vehicle was full so I ran in to ask the front desk where we should leave the vehicle. He was yelling at a customer, saying that that customer shouldn’t have been rude to him and that he was no longer welcome to stay there. We then found out that the customer had been frustrated and yelled because he had arranged for early check in that day and they had not had his room ready and so he left for the day and when he returned about 11PM that night his room was STILL not ready. I would have been frustrated as well and the treatment he received was horrible. Meanwhile the bartender had to run and get valet for us. Overall the stay was not very pleasant.
