Cozy Cabin By The Pond, Sleeps 2

A cozy cabin overlooking pond, gardens and large lawn. The knotty pine interior is warm and inviting. The two room cabin offers 2 comfortable living room chairs, fully equipped kitchen (toaster oven, cook top, microwave, refrigerator), a very comfortable queen sized bed, 3/4 bath, heat pump mini split for heat and A/C and separate parking. No smoking and no open flame candles allowed. Free guest Internet Wifi access. Paved driveway is shared with the owner's residence. Just 10 minute drive to downtown Belfast. Relax outside around the pond and campfire ring with swinging benches. We welcome you to your Maine cabin experience.

Great place to relax
This was probably the nicest place I've spent my vacation with my dog since I've lived here in the US (since2019). So loving, warm, clean and wonderfully decorated. I was able to relax a lot and Lola loved this Cabin!

Not just cozy but delightful
If anything, the Cozy Cottage is even better than the listing makes it sound -- and the listing makes it sound great! It's a perfect space for one or two people for a weekend or even longer. It's well-appointed, the location is very pretty, and the hosts are lovely. It can be tricky spotting the driveway coming up on the road (pro tip: white mailbox!) but that's about the worst I can say. Will book again sometime!

Wonderful stay!!
We loved cozy cabin! The owners were very hospitable, the place was very clean and comfortable, and it is a great location! We came to explore the Maine coast and Acadia, and the location was a perfect middle ground to be able to travel any direction within a reasonable amount of time, and also is only 10 minutes from a coastal town. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

The cabin was fantastic. It was the perfect place to stay for me and my dog. The hosts were wonderful and helped me whenever I needed questions answered. It was very tastefully decorated. They had everything I needed in both the bathroom and kitchen. The grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful. Weaver's across the street was very convenient. I would highly recommend! I look forward to coming back.

A Lovely Getaway
I had a wonderful stay at the cozy cabin. John and Barbara couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming, and the cabin itself was perfect: clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged. It had exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, which meant I could turn my attention to relaxing. Highly recommend!

Charming Oasis
We truly adore this charming cottage! This was our 3rd stay. The grounds are so lovely and perfect for relaxing or walking our pups around. The cottage is so cozy and so comfortable with everything you might need to relax or cook a meal or take a nice hot shower. The Wi-Fi is excellent as well. The Hosts are wonderful kind and so accommodating. Molly and Marist were super sweet girls as well.

Winter storm getaway
We decided to get away for the night and little did we know a winter storm was going to come through. We were very cozy and warm in our cozy cabin. Barbara and John were super nice and greeted us upon our arrival. We ended up loosing power because of the storm but thankfully John hooked up a generator. Our stay was short but nice highly recommend. Next time hopefully we can use the fire pit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Cozy Cottage feels like home!
Although we hardly stopped moving as we were home shopping, when we returned to the Cottage it was inevitable that we would completely chill out and feel so relaxed. It’s the perfect cozy cottage. This was our second stay and we and our pups were very happy. John and Barbara are wonderful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

This location was a great little cabin with all the essential things that you need. I went up for a quiet weekend where I can focus, and everything was perfect. Also, a quick drive away to downtown Belfast.

This cabin is so very well done. Such great use of space and completely well appointed. Hated to leave. Even though on a busy road, very quiet at night on a super comfy mattress. Dog friendly is such a plus, especially on a place you can actually walk your dog around. Perfect communication and welcoming hosts.

Perfect Little Cottage
We stayed from Wed thru Sun with our pups. John and Barbara were flexible and very accommodating from the start. The cottage is small but somehow didn’t feel that way. It was so cozy and comfortable! We had dishes and pans, microwave etc. and an endless supply of coffee. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The grounds are park-like. A small pond, a gazebo with a fireplace and an enviably well manicured plush grass to walk our pups. This property as a whole is our dream home!

Great Little Visit
This is the second time staying at what I call "the little cabin". I absolutely love staying here while I close my own cabin. John and Barbara are great hosts! And I have loved meeting both of them. The cabin is cozy and it was a lovely place to REST before traveling back to Tennessee after a long week of hard work closing up my home. I so appreciate this safe space to rest my head and body after lots of hard work! IT IS LOVELY!

Great location and beautiful home
My husband and I came up from Long Island with our dog to get another puppy. We’re grateful to have found such a wonderful place to stay that is pet friendly! The cabin is very cozy with plenty of amenities. Truly cozy and the property was gorgeous. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Adorable cabin
This cabin was adorable, one of my favorites from our trip. Small, yes, but felt spacious and did not lack in any amenities. The check-in was simple (one owner met us :-). All information was included in a helpful notice right on the counter, even local restaurants. The kitchen was stocked, including coffee. The shower and bathroom were clean and not too small. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels. Unfortunately, we were only staying one night so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. We plan on going back - the cabin and area are beautiful.

Anniversary getaway
We sent my parents for their 45th wedding anniversary. They were greeted with a lovely basket of goodies including wine and locally made Maine items. They had a fabulous time and said the cabin was very well decorated and cozy. Thank you so much for being such generous hosts!

Small Cabin in Waldo
The cabin is located on the owners property. It met my clean test as I typically carry clorox wipes with me and wipe down all high touch point items before I touch anything. It was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size and again, very clean. They have supplied the kitchen with everything you could think of or need. We had an enjoyable 1 night stay and would recommend this accommodation. There is no TV but that did not bother us at all. The one negative was the request to strip the bed and gather the trash. I would think that is part of the owners work once the renters leave.
