„They barely talk to or greet you at the reception and everything is very transaction - which in some ways is actually kind of refreshing lol - but at the end of the day you expect at least a little bit of "niceties" or at least a smile when you leave the hotel. „Our stay at this hotel was most likely the best during our 4 week holiday in Taiwan. The hotel is not located in the traditional center of Taipei but we loved the neighbourhood and found it had lots to offer (food stalls, restaurants, fish market...). „Great location, located centrally and close to MRT station. Just opposite of the Taibei Arena. Safe and comfortable area. Rooms are modern and clean, nothing to complain about! Pool could be a little more modern but thats the only one thing which might not be 5 stars. Great and friendly service! Always smiling and friendly. "The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me print and scan something urgent for work in the middle of the night, and organised an airport taxi and even accompanied us outside to see us off. Ximending area is very entertaining and you find a vast variety of restaurants/food/bar/shopping options all in walking distance. The hotel is fairly new, and modern, and maintained in a very good state. Our room was quite spacious and kept very clean. Only downside for us was that you could hear the noise from the busy street, even though we had our room on the 14th floor. But we would definitely stay there again. Once again thanks to the lovely personnel! "
