Everyone will have the best time ever at this terrific Sterling Jay Chalet! Enter this mountain cabin and you’ll experience a wonderful open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. The living room with brick wood burning fireplace, dining room and kitchen are wide open! What a great space to enjoy the whole family and friends! The kitchen is updated with stainless steel and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to make great meals for the whole gang! Out on the deck you’ll love relaxing and BBQ'N with tree top views of the ski slopes. All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is set up perfectly for the kiddos with a twin over full bunk 2 awesome gaming chairs, A flat screen tv and a gaming consul for their entertainment. Bedroom 3 is the Master Bedroom with a king size bed.
This is a wonderful mountain cabin that is sure to make everyone happy and one of the best locations in Big Bear Lake! Moonridge is by Bear Mountain Resort, The Zoo and golf, and just minutes to Snow Summit Resort and the Village.

• Kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials for cooking great meals, a coffee maker, dishes, and cookware are provided.

• You will need heavy-duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests to deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin.
• During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase at local stores when you arrive.
• “Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you.
Rules to Vacation by
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite unless there are commercial trash bins at your property (condo).

Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
No loud parties after 10 pm Check-In requires confirmation of photo I.D. and signature of rental agreement. We will send you a text message the day prior to your arrival to the phone number you provided on your reservation. Check-In will be with a Check-In agent at our office located at Bear Valley Lock &Key 477 S Eureka Drive Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The Check-In agent will give you entry instructions and answer any questions you may have about the property. No renters under the age 21. No smoking indoors. Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported. Firewood is not provided for guest use. Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided) If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee. No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa. If the spa is abused and water needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee. Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only. Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check in at the property.

Many things upset us. Therefore, my advice to future guests, read my comments and check if all mentioned items are fully fixed prior your arrival etc. My advice to Management company - check how your cleaning team do a job and supply the house. My request to owners, do not leave at home not working equipment. We love rent homes in this neighborhood. Most of the times our experience was good, but this one really upset us. We paid double price because of the stay beginning Dec 31. We expected to enjoy it, relax and didn't think about buying supply for a dishwasher, or laundry (which is not working properly), and being upset about not working amenities. The bunk bed was dangerous to use because it stands unsteadily and make hard noise when trying to change the sleep side. I hate dark houses, this one was a very very dark home. We barely could see each other after sunset, at evening time. The dishwasher was with the sign "Sorry, we are dirty". How should I understand it? We are not a family who likes using one time plates, cups etc. When I wanted to use a dishwasher I realized that was no clea

Beautiful View, but Disappointing Experience
I had high hopes for this property, especially since I grew up visiting Big Bear. After losing my husband 7 years ago, I wanted to create new memories while celebrating my birthday. The pictures of the house were stunning, and the view truly lived up to the expectations—it was pristine and lovely.However, my experience was marred by a few significant issues. I was assured that Big Bear is very pet-friendly, but I quickly discovered that dining options were limited for those with pets. We spent much of the morning calling restaurants, only to find that most did not allow pets or had closed patios. Eventually, we found one with a heated patio, but it was still quite cold outside.Inside the house, things were not as impressive as I had hoped. While the view was breathtaking, the interior didn’t match the photos, and the bedrooms were just okay. The most disappointing aspect was the lukewarm shower. Despite reaching out to the host about the hot water issue, we found that it remained lukewarm throughout our stay. After a long day in the snow, a hot shower would have been a much-appreciated comfort.Additionally, our journey from San Diego took about 5 hours due to traffic. I was hopeful that a late check-out at noon would be possible, but I was informed that another group was arriving that day. I understand the need for turnover, but with check-in at 4 PM, I wondered if a little flexibility could have been offered.
