„We've just returned home from a five night stay at the Longhorn Ranch Motel for day trips into Big Bend National Park. It was a little bit of a daily drive to the park but the beautiful vistas made it enjoyable each day. We stayed in a simply furnished room, as advertized, including a mini fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature. The towels were plush and large. The grounds were kept neat and clean. If we were to be out this way ...

„Quaint cabins in a remote part of Texas. Might be a little challenging to find during the day, but damn near impossible to find at night, despite the elaborate instructions sent. They desperately need a LIGHTED sign. Had to call them to get the door access code. The no potable water threw me at first, but they provided bottled water, so it really wasn't an issue. “

„The schoolhouse building was just enough for a quick trip to Big Bend National Park. No frills, but adequate housing with a comfy bed to rest your head at night. The outdoor porches were nice with beautiful rocky surroundings! Definitely would have used the firepit if there wasn't a burn ban in effect. Super easy check-in and check-out. Wish we were a little closer to the park to save commuting time.“

„This is our second time staying at the Lodge. Its always clean, well equipped with towels and the basic necessitates. We explored Big Bend and parts of mexico, explored the hot springs and enjoyed breakfast and brunch at Vanga. Great place to visit if you like the outdoors“
