Lakeview Oasis on Big Lake Waterfront

Summary:

New modern and artsy lake house located on Big Lake.

Large deck on main floor and incredible views of Big Lake and the surrounding mountains.

Lodge includes waterfront private dock, WiFi, self check-in, wood burning fireplace, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, complimentary Keurig coffee and tea bar, indoor gym, dart board, foosball table, jenga, cornhole, connect 4, free parking, and private entrance. Outside has a fire pit and hot tub on the lower level.



The Space:

The lake house is an extra large space with a full kitchen, laundry room, and a master suite with walk-in duel rain showers. There are three dedicated bedrooms, and two additional queen beds. Upstairs living space for gathering around the fireplace/stove, a kitchen table for games and puzzles, and a full kitchen for making any meals you'd like. The TV room is great for reading, relaxing, or watching Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ (all complimentary with your stay). There is a massive deck on the upper level with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. We also have lake access and private deck/dock. We have a small indoor gym located in the garage for guests to use.



Guest Access:

Approximately 2000 square ft. Upper level for entertaining and the master suite. Lower level rooms and laundry room. Private deck and detached waterfront deck and dock.



The Neighborhood:

Big Lake is known for its Snowmachine trails in the winter and summertime lake activities. The lake house is a few miles from downtown Big Lake and located on the lake itself.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of room for onsite parking for multiple vehicles. No public transportation is available to the house and most individuals drive to any nearby location.



Other Things to Note:

This property is a non-smoking property.



No pets are allowed.



We store our lake boat in the garage.



Liability Waiver:

You understand that the use of the wood-burning stove, gym equipment, kayaks/swimming in the lake, and hot tub are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with fireplaces, stoves, and hot tubs. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the stove, fireplace, and hot tub, and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that a wood-burning stove, gym equipment, kayaks/swimming in the lake, and hot tubs, and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person in the cabin if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the stove, gym equipment, kayaks/swimming in the lake, or hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the wood-burning stove or hot tub. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
