„Sehr schöne Poolvilla mit eigenem Pool. Grosse Zimmer, Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, im Aussenbereich Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Couchgarnitur. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Reinigung und Betten machen nur auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Auswahl aus Eierspeisen oder gebratene Nudeln oder Reis. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine Baustelle auf der den ganzen Tag bis spät in die Nacht gearbeitet wird. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurden wir umquartiert.“

„We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. "We recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, very clean, and elegantly furnished, offering a stunning view of the beach. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and restaurants, exceeded our expectations. El Lagoi Beach Club has an exceptional location at the beach and offers excellent food and drinks, more focussed on Western cuisine. Ararinda Lounge offers great bakery items for a snack in between. Rempah Kitchen offers a Breakfast that was a daily highlight, with an array of delicious options to suit everyone’s taste. For lunch and dinner we enjoyed the diverse buffet experience featuring Indonesian cuisine in rotating, regional food stalls. This is a MUST try! The quality of service was outstanding at every place at this hotel. This goes for each and every one of the staff. We would like to give special recognition to Nova, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect while enjoying our meals at Rempah Kitchen. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her impeccable attention to detail, made the meals even more enjoyable.
