„Four of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) were lucky to stay in this cottage for a week. We were greeted with a lovingly packed basket of local goodies. The cottage itself leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms are lovingly furnished. The Earn River is accessible via a private entrance. Due to its location, Perth can be reached in 5-10 minutes. „We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was equiped with everything we needed and was lovely and warm. The beds were comfortable and extra blankets were provided. The shower was a nice experience with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The kitchen had a great range of pots, pans, roasting tins, serving dishes and utensils - even an electric mixer and cake tin should you feel the urge to bake a cake There was also washing up liquid, sponges and brushes provided too.We visited ...

„Wir haben im Juli 2019 mit 6 Personen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Cottage verbracht. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern sehr nett. Erholung und Entspannung pur! Wir wurden sehr gut umsorgt und kommen gerne wieder! „Arrived to a clean beautiful home with amazing views of the sea. We were lucky to have clear sunny weather and watched the sunrise with our coffee every morning from the balcony. At night the street noise was noticeable but given college students returning and the weather it was not completely unexpected. This home has everything you could want or need for a comfortable visit to Scotland and St Andrews. Dining, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. As a base to find and play ...

Up early each morning to see the garden wildlife, fox, hares, squirrels, pheasants, woodpecker and lots of finches.Great cottage with all that you need, only downside was the third bedroom which is better suited for children than adults, mezzanine area.Fraser and Bridget lovely and very welcoming.We certainly will visit again to explore this beautiful area.“

„Cowper’s Close was a GEM. Suited our family trip (ages newborn to 70s) perfectly. Charm city but also completely comfortable, and the location could not be better. Wonderful to have multiple living spaces (& even a backyard!) for that many people, and the kitchen was the best-equipped of any rental we’ve done. We hope to be back someday….soon!“
