Modern Luxury in Bonita - 2655sqft + Infinity Pool

Summary:
This beautiful and spacious home is perfectly suited for larger groups. The game room has plenty of activities and with 5 bedrooms there is ample space to stretch out. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with trees lining the property on either side. You'll love laying out by the infinity pool and catching a gorgeous sunset over the ocean on the horizon! After sunset, sit back and relax with friends and family by the fire pit outside (wood can be purchased down the street at Vons).

The Space:
Upon entering the home you will notice the grand piano and spacious living room with fireplace that separates the formal dining room. Off to the right is a brand new kitchen with new appliances. The master bedroom is large enough that it contains a king bed, an oversized chaise lounge and work desk. All beds have ultra soft mattresses and pure white hotel linen. In the bathrooms you'll find plush towels and luxury bath amenities. Each bedroom is equipped with its own SmartTV and queen mattress. There are 2 trundle beds in one room with two queen beds, each with twin XLs that roll out underneath. Saving the best for last, back yard has an infinity pool with six loungers and a large outdoor sectional. To the side you'll see artificial turf, perfect for a game of cornhole (which you can find in the game room).
Additional sleeping arrangements can be found with the pull out couch in the dining room, the living room couch, the game room couch, a queen sized air mattress, and a twin sized air mattress.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, and front yard.

The Neighborhood:
Bonita is a quaint suburb of San Diego! Just a short drive from the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, all of San Diego's beaches, and more!! You'll find plenty of delicious local cuisine, cafes, golf courses, baseball fields, gyms, hiking trails, and you'll even see some horses here in Bonita! Be sure to go down the street to check out Lolitas taco shop (and get their California Burrito) and then head to Hans and Harry's Bakery - home of the world-famous Fresh Fruit Strudel, decadent cakes, and delicious pastries and desserts. Your stomach will thank you!

Getting Around:
Driving is the best way to get around.

Other Things to Note:
The toaster and the microwave cannot be used at the same time.

Please note there is a $100 charge per day to heat the pool and you need to request it heated at least 72 hours prior so we can make a note to turn it on prior to your arrival.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

For your safety, there are a couple of ring cameras in the backyard as well as noise monitors.

Pls note the pool maintenance tech comes every Tuesday to tend to the pool. They do not enter the home at all to work on it.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
