For those looking to enjoy both the slopes and city life of Breckenridge, this cozy two-bedroom condo is the place for you! Situated near the Four O’Clock Ski Run, you can easily pop on your skis and head to the Snowflake lift. Or head over to Breck’s historic Main Street just one mile away for shops, eateries, dining, and more! The rustic 2-bedroom condo is the perfect spot to recharge after a busy day as you relax by the fire, or ease sore muscles in the shared hot tub!

The Space:
After a fun-filled day on the slopes or out exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this cozy two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 8 guests. As you enter this inviting condo, you will be greeted by the home’s rustic charm and open layout, ideal for socializing with loved ones!

Guests will enter the condo in the front hallway where you will find a convenient space to store your outdoor gear with two coat racks and a bench, so you can comfortably sit and remove your gear. Just off the front hallway, you will arrive in the open living room/kitchen/dining area. Settle in for a cozy evening in the living room on one of the two comfortable leather couches. Curl up as you warm by the lovely stone hearth electric fireplace and enjoy a movie night with your loved ones on the 58” TV. Or, enjoy a game night with one of the games available in the condo, perfect for a snowy evening in! One of the couches doubles as additional sleeping accommodations, so you can pull out the king-size bed, perfect for when you need more room. Just off the living room, you can step through the sliding glass doors and out to the back patio, where you will find a table with 6 chairs.

Back inside, you will find the dining area connected to the living room. The dining area has an inviting and homey ambiance, with a table with seating for 6 and well-placed decor throughout the space. You will find an additional two chairs and a side table in this room, perfect for when you need extra chairs for dinner, or when you are looking for a quiet corner to relax or chat. Connected to the living room/dining area is the fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find ample cabinet and counter space, and all the basic cookware including a crockpot and blender to easily whip up some delicious meals at home. The kitchen boasts a spacious kitchen bar with three bar stools, making it a great spot to grab a snack or catch up on remote work.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, head down the hallway located off the kitchen and living room, where you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The shared full bathroom features a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage and a tiled shower stall with a glass door. The first bedroom makes efficient use of the space with a twin over queen bunk bed as well as a twin bed. The room also features a large closet and a large dresser with a 32” flat-screen TV, making it a great space to share. The master bedroom is a cozy space with a king-size bed in a lovely bed frame, matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a 55” TV, so you can enjoy movie nights from bed. Freshen up before bed in the attached master bathroom. The master bathroom features a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage and a tiled shower stall with a glass door.

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the shared amenities in the clubhouse, which include an indoor pool, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as one parking spot in the shared underground parking. Guests also have access to the Clubhouse, where they can enjoy shared amenities such as a pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs.

The Neighborhood:
This true ski-in/ski-out condo places you near the Four O’Clock Ski Run and right by the Snowflake lift, so you can be out your door and on the slopes in mere minutes! Two miles from the condo you will find Breckenridge Ski Resort from which you can access five different peaks, and enjoy the lovely aprés ski restaurants and venues. Breckenridge’s historic Main Street is just a mile away and is where you can enjoy countless shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and museums. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. In the Summer months, enjoy endless fun at Peak 8's Epic Discovery, where you can ride the alpine slide and roller coaster or play a round of mini golf. Drive scenic Boreas Pass, go troll-hunting for Isak Heartstone, or hit one of the area's many hiking and biking trails - you can truly do it all from this incredible home!

Getting Around:
From this well-located apartment, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and even the grocery store. Main Street is just a mile away, at which you can hop on the free Main Street trolley, a great option for exploring downtown Breckenridge. The BreckConnect Gondola is a five-minute drive from the condo and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with the 4 O’Clock Run stop on the Gold Express Route a short walk from the house, while the nearest lift (Snowflake lift) is located within half a mile, pop on your ski gear and ski down to the lift. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Wonderful condo for Breckenridge get away.
My husband and I stayed in this condo for three nights to celebrate our anniversary. It is exactly as it appears on online. Spacious and cozy. The owner was responsive and extremely easy to work with. The condo is a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. The location is perfect for exploring Breckenridge. The condo is immaculately clean. The complex is very quiet, which made getting a good night’s sleep easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, quiet place in the mountains for a small family
This property is not too far from downtown Breckenridge and many of the beautiful trails in the area, so it's easy to walk or drive to anything around. But it's also just far enough away from the main street that it feels pretty secluded and was quiet/peaceful for a small family. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Everything was as listed and very clean. Back patio is fabulous. Interior carpet is old and worn but clean. They did start to do construction/renovations that were very loud on the property as early as 800am during our stay and continued throughout the day. Beds and bathrooms were all great. Unit is spacious.

Outstanding property situated in the best location
Steps away from your back door is a ski run that allows you to ski right to the house after a great day on the mountain. The host provided literally everything we could’ve asked for and way more. The house was stocked on all the essentials. They even included small but important touches like humidifiers in the closets and extra mattresses toppers, comforters etc. The heated floors were a cozy addition and my group of 6 felt like we had enough space the whole time. I would absolutely stay here and with this property host again and again.

Great place to stay in Breck
Really enjoyed the cozy living room, well stocked kitchen and TVs with streaming services! Only small complaint was the main bed has some significant dipping on one side (right) which made it hard to get comfortable in that spot. All in all would stay here again and enjoyed our trip!
