Bright, spacious, clean and efficient house
Bright and spacious with super basement for the kids to hang out and overall reasonably comfortable, clean beds. However, the house had more of a corporate acquired rental vibe, devoid of any personal touches that a home people actually occupy during the year would have. There were virtually NO condiments, except a small salt and pepper shaker, no coffee for at least the first morning, no cleaning material to clean up during our stay, and no beach items whatsoever. The Smart TV had no instructions as how to negotiate the system in combination with cable for all of us who just have regular cable at home and are not IT specialists. And there was no extended cable. So the channel selection was VERY limited. Also note, the bedroom on first floor are all clustered at one end of the house, and using the one bathroom for the two bedrooms and upstairs sleep loft in that area as well becomes very noisy and disruptive at night. I think the listing should make clear you'll be renting a basically Hotel status House, bring your own condiments, coffee for next AM, basic cleaning supplies and paper products, and study up on negotiating a Smart TV with basic cable connection.
