„We spent a family weekend here and found everything to be comfortable and peaceful. The views of the lake and sunsets were spectacular and the time spent outside was quiet and serene. The hosts responded quickly to all queries and were very always helpful. A great time was had by all. “

„Stayed here for two nights just to get away. Lovely little spot to relax in, great amenities and location (just 30 mins away from all the main towns and beaches). Hard to figure out where the access to the lake was, but the beaches were so close we just went there instead. You can tell the owners wanted to make this place a home away from home. It was lovely 😊 Definitely would recommend!“

„We really enjoyed our stay and girls getaway at the Bickle cottage. The Bickle sisters were extremely responsive before, during and after our visit. the cottage is very nicely decorated, clean, cozy and charming. The new boathouse is gorgeous. As we were there Sept mid week it was quiet.The kitchen is well stocked and bedrooms comfortable. Thank you Bickle Sisters! “

„We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were a group of six, and there was more than enough space for all of us. This rental is well equipped with everything you need. The deck was beautiful, and the campfire pit was so peaceful. We had a fire after dark and sat in the Muskoka chairs with a beautiful view of the water. I highly recommend this rental, we would stay here again for sure!“

„We booked this place for a family gathering we had. We had no communication from the property manager regarding how to check in. I messaged through Vrbo, as well as to the phone number and called with no response. I had to call Vrbo to get ahold of her and we finally got our arrival details 2 hours after we were supposed to be able to check in. Upon arrival there were no towels and barely any toilet paper. „The cottage was very nice and fully stocked. It was perfect with young kids. The outside lawn between the 2 large maples is where we spent so much of our time playing games and running around. It has everything you need to make for a perfect stay. The addition of linens and towels were so convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!“

„There are quite a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. Dock boards are loose and when you walk they move. A few of the kids lost several layers of skin from stubbing their toes when fishing. 2. Cleanliness was around a 5/10 3. No window coverings to keep the room dark in the morning so everyone was up at 6:30 4. Fishing rods were completely a mess and I took 4 hours to clean them up for use. 5. „Family vacation near Toronto so we could spend some time outside and visit places like the zoo. The area was great and being so close to Port Perry was a delight. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well put together just as advertised. It was an incredibly hot week so the air conditioning was a huge plus. The kids had lots to do and I would recommend this place to anyone.“

„The place was nice BUT not as advertised. The beds and the living room pictures were different than was shown and a day after we were they they updated the pictures. The add said there was a 12 foot boat, and I had to push the issue to finally find out there is no longer a boat. The living room furniture is incredibly uncomfortable.“
