There is an outdoor shower you can use for rinsing off after a terrific day playing in the water!

This adorable cottage features a covered porch and a back deck with easterly sunshine - both great spots to unwind while enjoying the outdoors. Revel in a quiet time reading any of the provided books, enjoy an engaging conversation with any of your beloved guests, or treat everyone to delicious grilled meals thanks to the on-site grill.

Inside, this two-story home away from home offers a cozy living area with a smart TV with streaming services and a DVD player for endless entertainment. Board games are provided as well for an entertaining evening at home. Surprise your loved ones with tasty treats and homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, which is complete with all the essentials. Sleeping up to four, this cottage features a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and two twin beds in the upstairs loft.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
