This is not a 5* hotel.
I had very bad experience with the hotel tech. The WiFi in my room was not working. It took me 4-5 times throughout the day to complain about this. The staff said eventually it’s my fault. Only then to find out that the router installed in my room was broken and needed to be replaced. I was not offered any apologies or compensation for my misery.
Furthermore, the rooms are totally outdated. They are clean and well-maintained. But very old and not good for modern business travelers. In the bathroom is only a bathtub to shower. And the shower head did not work. The trash bin in the bathroom has an open wire sticking out and you can hurt your toes.
The gym and sauna were closed for renovation and I was not informed of that beforehand - no information of that sort anywhere: to the contrary - the websites states how nice these facilities are.
In the public areas there is a really oppressive smell of room deodorants - like the plan is to cover some bad smells.
The whole building and access to rooms is not secured. In the elevator I was hackled by two prostitutes.
The staff was nice - but eventually not helpful.
My decision: never again this hotel.
