• Parking: There is plenty of parking around the house.
• Pets are allowed with restrictions; a $60 per pet, per night fee applies. Pets must not be on beds or furniture; if left unattended, they must be crated.
• Smoking: strictly prohibited.
• For those planning to kayak or fish, we recommend bringing your own kayaks and fishing poles to fully enjoy the experience.
• Please note that the driveway leading to the property is a dirt road.
• For hunting enthusiasts, kindly be aware that there is no additional charge for the hunting activity itself.
• Guests interested in hunting are encouraged to use an app like Landglide to identify property boundaries clearly.
• Your safety is our top priority. Our property is equipped with two strategically placed outdoor surveillance cameras.
