„Well I booked on line, received confirmation of booking. Extremely difficult to find. When arrived and spoke with host. He claimed they have no records of my booking, and it was already booked for the weekend. The host claimed that he doesn’t use the VRBO application to rent his house. You charged my credit card $361 for the house and I request that you refund the full amount because we were not able to stay there and we had to find and pay for another accommodation.
