„My mother and I stayed at Sunbeam Cottage for a family wedding that was nearby. The cottage was clean, quiet and very well kept. The cottage is tucked away in the woods but has a main road that is easily accessable. The property is pet friendly and has a small area in the back which was a bonus. The property has a fridge/freezer, microwave, small snacks and coffee available. We really enjoyed seeing the deer that would come by and visit every morning. Would definitely stay here again!“

„This was the perfect place for my husbsnd and I to have a relaxing getaway. It was so peaceful. We saw so many deer and even a fox! The bed was beyond comfortable and they even had a step stool to get up on the bed. It is a tall bed and I'm a shortie. There were so many little extras and you coukd tell the owners are thoughtful and they care about making their renters feel at home. We did not want to leave!!!“

„Perfect location !!! It is only2 miles to Whitewater Amphiheater and River Road if you want to float the Gaudalupe River. So cute and cozy !!! There was a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. „There were a couple of glitches to start out our short trip but communication was prompt and action was taken immediately. The atmosphere was perfect! Calm and relaxing for our Dad Daughter annual retreat. We enjoyed feeding the dear at night and the beautiful clean Canyon Lake during the day. As the day came to a wrap we played some games in our room and got to enjoy the games in garage. We definetly recommend you check it out.“

„We loved our stay here! Typically we go to New Braunfels & stay on that side. Canyon Lake was great & so much easier going than NB. The house was very clean, great AC, & the check in/out was super super simple! There was just about anything you would need to cook with.
