"Sauberes, zentral in einem edlen Quartier gelegenes, sehr familienfreundliches Hotel. Frühstück mit Porzellangeschirr und Metallbesteck, aber sehr familienfreundlich, auch für Kleine bis Kleinste. Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Waschmaschinen gibt es sogar auch. Der Pool ist eher zum Planschen. Wir würden wiederkommen."

If I would habe recognized that the standard rooms are so dark, I would habe booked another category. It was not clear enough what the differences are. We also had an disabled room were the doors did not close easily… More information would have been nice in the room description. Long waiting during morning in the morning, so we used the exit stairs… but we werw in the 3 floor only."
