„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Es gab kostenlose Räder und auch Buchungen über die Rezeption waren kein Problem. Infos über Restaurants waren inbegriffen sowie Tips zu Fahrradtouren und Ausflügen Das Essen in der Anlage war gut. Zimmer waren sauber, Poolanlage gepflegt. Alles machte einen gepflegten und unterhaltenen Eindruck. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. “

„Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. It was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out and lots of games to enjoy when the weather was a little rainy. I definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back again. “

„We are a group of 4 adulds and two girls (2+5 years old) and enjoyed every day!! We visit Captiva several times in sunset Captiva and this Place is really good in shape. The Island is still in reconstruction in several locations after the hurrican but Sunset Captiva area did a really good job. The sidewalks are new builded and the pool is joyful and even the plants are perfectly done. The owner Ryan replies fast on every question we had. „The condo was nice with all the basics but not a lot of extras. It wa right on the beach. There was a nice schemed in patio. There was a lot of hurricane recovery construction in process. The beach was nice with a lot of shells. There were a handful of restaurants open on the island, loved the live music at RC Otters“

„My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa.“
