Private cabin overlooking Lake Cascade. This cute single level home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a slide out twin-sized trundle and a retro gaming system -perfect for kids!
You'll be just 15 minutes away from Donnelly and 30 Minutes away from McCall, where you'll find Idaho's best ski resorts; Tamarack Resort and Brundage Mountain. Close to the Cascade City Boat Ramp, on Lake Cascade. Cascade offers a local movie theater, grocery store, ice cream, coffee and clothing shops and a flea market open throughout the summer. In the winter you'll have access to amazing ice fishing, snowmobiling trails and other winter activities.
Valley County offers free public transportation, but a car is recommended.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!
