„My sister in law and myself got away for a few days. I lost my husband (her brother) a few months ago and wanted serenity and peace...and we got it. Beautiful, newly renovated, clean, quiet, special details, beds are comfortable and love the sheets! Town is close by and lots of places to take picnics. The owners put love into this cottage. “

The step-by-step (with photos) of how to get to the unit were extremely helpful and easy to follow. I don't think we would have made it otherwise! The apartment was spacious and clean. Three large bedrooms, two good size bathrooms, and even a full in-unit laundry room. I'd recommend Unit 1111 (where we stayed) for sure!“

„We had a fantastic weekend at the Brownstone Haus, enjoying all the Christmas festivities in Frankenmuth. Amazing house with room for 10 plus!! The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas!“

„The house was very cute and comfortable. The only down fall is access to the lake. Even though we were only 200 ft. from lake, the property at the end of the road was private, so we didn't have access to ittroad“

„This is a cozy cottage and very comfortable. I wish I would have known the second bedroom only had exterior access. Who is doing the cleaning could pay attention to a little more detail. The refrigerator wasn’t super clean and there were items on the floor next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful view outside and very quiet to sit out and enjoy coffee. “

„Over all great. The heating system needs work. There is just one steam heater at the top of the stairs for 4 bedrooms. The heater in the master bedroom on the first floor sounded like a train rolling into a station. It clinked and clanked all night long. Manager was notified and brought us ear plugs and notified maintenance who came out promptly. The issue continued but not as loudly. It is a very old system. There were space heaters in the closet to be used. The location is perfect and within ...

My only complaint would be that the living room area is very small, so if you are planning to hang out all together, it is a bit tight. I would stay here again if I was back in town. “

„The property was very nice, and the indoor pool was great, and the basement game room was ideal for the grandkids as well as their parents.The surrounding area also provided many things to do. bowling, skiing. polar plunge. and places to dine. “

„The Host was quick to respond and very accommodating to my groups needs. The place itself was clean and well furnished. That being said the neighborhood is a little far from any grocery or restaurant, but nothing a Lime Scooter can’t fix. A great place to stay in Grand Rapids.“

"We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog hairs all over the place. We would not book this hotel again. "
