„Maryann had the place decorated for the holiday and left us some goodies for our quiet valentines weekend. Place is adorable, we weren’t planning on spending the whole weekend but immediately after arriving we knew we had to spend more time. Maryann is great, very responsible and makes everything easy. We’ll certainly be back. “

„Very nice cottage that is well kept and clean. Easy 7 min to Phoenicia and 20 min to Belleayre. The manager is very attentive and responsive to messages and questions. Very nice heat for the winter. Good kitchen for a small family. Also had a nice time running the dog in the yard.“

„We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!“

„We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The property was nicely situated in a wooded neighborhood and the inside was very clean. We will definitely be returning. Also highly recommend a walk around the nearby lake and a visit to some local breweries! “

„If a broom was available to clean the floors and stairs it would’ve been helpful. Also the floors were very dirty and needed to be mopped. “

„We enjoyed our weekend get away at this lovely, cozy cottage. The location was perfect! The cottage is clean and well stocked. We plan to return in the spring so that we can enjoy the backyard. The host is very responsive and wants to make sure everything is just right. “

„Gorgeous property for a family reunion. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Lots of fun amenities and room for everyone to spread out. Great open space on the lake but still felt private and quiet. Wifi throughout entire property. Absolutely recommend and would definitely book again.“

„We were visiting from North Carolina to see family. The house was a great place to come home to at the end of the day.“

„Very cute, small but cozy and comfortable. Stayed for 6 nights with my dog. Pretty remote area, extremely quiet and very pretty. Kitchen has everything you should need, the fireplace and record player are great. It was super snowy when we were there but still very warm. I will say in the winter not a great place for dog walks lol unless your dog is good off leash, which mine is not. But we managed ok. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!“

"Einfache und recht kleine Zimmer. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber wir würden es nicht für längere Aufenthalte empfehlen. Dazu war es einfach zu klein. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch. "

"Ein super schönes Hotel, sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer welches toll gestaltet war. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Auch da Frühstück selber lies keine Wünsch offen , es war alles frisch und alles vorhanden. Eine kleine Verbesserung gibt es jedoch. Es wäre super wenn es richtige Teller und Besteck zum Frühstück geben würde und keine Pappteller und sehr keines Plastik Besteck. "
